Create a Permission Set Group

Please follow below steps for completing this challenge:

Step: 1

Find 'Survey' in 'Quick find' box and select the 'Survey Settings'.

Step: 2

Enable 'Surveys' toggle button.

Step: 3

Find 'Permission sets' in 'Quick find' box and select the same option.
Click the 'New' button.

Step: 4

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, enter 'Label' value, leave all options as it is,

• Label: Create Surveys

And click 'Save' button.

Step: 5

Select 'Object Settings' option.

Step: 6

Select 'Surveys' object.

Step: 7

Click 'Edit' button.

Step: 8

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, Give object Access Values: Read, Create, View All.

Put a tick in the 'Read, Create, View All' items checkbox.
And click 'Save' button.

Step: 9

Find 'Permission sets' in 'Quick find' box.

Step: 10

Select the 'Permission sets' option.
And click the 'New' button.

Step: 11

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, enter 'Label' value, leave all options as it is,

• Label: Access to Contacts

And click 'Save' button.

Step: 12

Select 'Object Settings' option.

Step: 13

Select 'Contacts' object.

Step: 14

Click 'Edit' button.

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, Give object Access Values: Read, Create, View All.

Put a tick in the 'Read, Create, View All' items checkbox.
And click 'Save' button.

Step: 16

Find 'Permission Set Groups' in 'Quick find' box and select the same option.
Click the 'New Permission Set Group' button.

Step: 17

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, enter 'Label' and 'Description' values,

• Label: Contacts Survey
• Description: Access to create survey and read and edit access to contacts
• Session Activation Required: Selected

And click 'Save' button.

Step: 18

Select 'Permission Sets in Group' option.

Step: 19

Click 'Add Permission Set' button.

Step: 20

As mentioned in trailhead challenge, assign permission sets to the group.

Put a tick in the 'Access to Contacts' and 'Create Surveys' items checkbox.
And click 'Add' button.

Step: 21

Click 'Done' button.
